I had a 3 cortisone shots on one side of my lower spine and 2 shots on the other side of my lower spine and ever since I had the shots I have been having really bad cramps in my legs, feet, and hands, is this normal or is this something I need to be considered with and how can I stop the cramps?

Hi,

You should ask for potassium level in the blood in the first place, as any disturbance in its level can cause this cramps. Secondly, you can take Baclophen tablet which is a muscle relaxant and can help you with this pain.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
