Suggest Treatment For Cramps And Pain In The Forearms
I am having cramping pain in my forearm, that really hurts. It comes and goes. I had FAST surgery (for severe tennis elbow) on the elbow of the same arm 3 weeks ago. I tried putting on a wrist guard, to see if stabilizing the wrist would help, but it makes it much worse.

I really appreciate your concern, you can not use the wrist belt on your own but it has to be seen by orthopedic surgeon and surgeon will decide whether to use the belt or not, imaging study will help to decide this, till then you can try Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day hope this information helps.
