I would suggest him the following: - Stool tests for 3 consecutive days. - CT scan of the whole abdomen. Colonoscopy This will find the disease and the diagnosis will help for further management . He has to find the instigating and enhancing factors to get corrected and avoid all such foods and beverages that cause problems, No stress or anxiety. plenty of oral fluids, probiotics and multivitamins do help in recovery.
