Hello,

You have symptoms of cough, sinus drainage and shortness of breath which could be due to severe upper respiratory tract infection and lung infection which is leading to pharyngitis. Need not to worry. I would suggest you do warm saline gargles and betadine gargles alternatively. You should take cough expectorants as well. I would suggest you consult an ENT specialist for proper examination. The doctor may order a throat swab test and blood test along with an x-ray chest. The doctor may prescribe antibiotic or antiviral (acyclovir) medications along with anti-inflammatory Levocetirizine. Avoid eating spicy and heavy food. Drink plenty of fluids to rehydrate yourself.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
