Suggest Treatment For Cough, Congestion And Frequent Bowel Movement In Infant

Hi, my daughter is 1.5 months old and weighs 4.8kg. She is suffering from cough since past 4 days. My paediatric gave her Maxtra for 3 days but decongestion didn t subside even after 2 days of dose. So the doc gave Taxim - O 20 drops twice a day , Mucolite - 10 drops twice a day ,Nasivion - 1 drop 4-5 times a day and Allegra - 2.5ml - once in day. I m doubtful of giving antibiotic so have reduced the dose from 20 drops to 10 drops. It s been two days since medication started and I noticed my little one is passing more stool. 4 times yesterday and three times today. Usually she relives herself twice in a day. Shall I continue with above prescription? Her cough and congestion still remains though it has reduced a bit. The prescription is for 5 days. Please suggest. Is it advisable to use antibiotics for infants?
