Suggest Treatment For Cough At Night Despite Taking Antibiotics

Hi Sir I WAS COUGHING FOR A MONTH .THEN I WENT TO THE HOSPITAL .THEY TOLD ME THAT AS PER THE X RAY IT IS BRONCHITIS.AFTER THAT THEY GAVE ME SOME ANTIBIOTICS .BUT STILL I HAVE LITTLE BIT COUGH IN THE NIGHT TIME.FEELING THIRSTY ALL THE TIME. I Have sugar and Thyroid also.I AM A FEMALE WITH 35 YEARS.I HAVE THROAT INFECTION ALSO .I ALWAYS FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE IN MY THROAT.But 3 weeks back i saw there is some swelling above the collarbone area.it is not paining.Kindly suggest.
