Suggest Treatment For Cough And Swollen Tonsils

Ran a kids camp where I yelled and talked louder more than usual. Day 3 I developed a sore throat and voice went in and out. After 3 more days both symptoms were gone. Sore throat was never severe. The next day when both symptoms were gone I developed an extremely minor cough that is now on day 4. Left tonsil is a little swollen but not painful. Started antibiotic when I got the cough. Doctor said my throat was red but never gave a true prognosis. Still have minor cough, no pain or fever
