Suggest Treatment For Cough And Breathlessness

Hi im 49 years old female. Good health. Very recently ive found myself very out of breath when i bend over and sometimes when im talking. I also have a cough but im not sick. Over the last couple months ive been getting food stuck in my throat only on the left side and for the last couple years ive been extremely constipated. Oh and for about thelast month or so my sinuses have been bothering me. Ive had alot of huge buggers.

I can understand your concern.
Breathlessness is commonly seen in bronchitis. Get a chest x ray done, if it is normal, no need to worry.
Possibility of bronchitis is more in your case.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT is needed for the diagnosis of bronchitis.
It will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment of bronchitis is based on severity only.
You may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
Second possibility is GERD which should be treated appropriately with antacids.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
