Suggest Treatment For Cough And Breathing Trouble

Starting last night I ve had a cough, a slightly stuffy nose, some sneezing, but no fever, also some throat and chest pain. The cough at times is a wet cough with clear phlegm but is mostly dry. At times it sounds raspy, other times sounds like a normal cough and other times sounds like a bark . at this moment I am having trouble breathing. I can breathe fine, it s just harder to breathe. Do you know what I might have and what I can do?
