Suggest Treatment For Constipation

Dear Docotor, I am 44 years old and having constipation problem for the last few years. I have taken treatment with so many doctors but no positive result. I never eat outside food. I have taken CT Scan & endoscopy and everything is normal. Please advice. Weight 80 kgs.

Tab. Thriphala 2tab twice a day with leukworn water .
Syp. Lactulose 10 ml at bed time with hot milk.
