Suggest Treatment For Constipation

Hello,
I am a 28yr old female. All my life I have problems with constipation. Sometimes I get what I call constipated-diarrhea, when I have the pains of diarrhea, but still unable to poo.

I have not been able to poo for 2 weeks now, it's the worst I ever been.
My doctor put me on a high fibre diet, Despite the diet and the fact that I have been drinking plenty of water, I've taken laxatives, emena's, and Metamucil Nothing has helped at all, but what really concerned me was last night as I tried to go, feeling I was determine to push some poo out. I pushed extremely hard, and I than felt something coming through (it was very painful but I was determine to go). As soon as I stopped pushing it was sucked back up into me. I tried still 3 more times despite the pain. I third time I used a a piece of toilet paper to try and feel what it was as I knew poo shouldn't suck back up into me.
I looked at the paper and it was clean, I than felt it with my bare hand, it was something very large and fleshly. Again, as soon as I stopped pushing it went right back up into me (As if it was something that went back into place), I was very terrified.

I am not able to see my doctor for another week. I feel really uncomfortable as I am so constipated.
Sorry for the long message
