Suggest Treatment For Constipation

I ve had a bit of constipation today, and when I finally passed a bowel it was very little and the bowel was a little seedy looking with a little green mucus around it. I don t have trouble with my bowels very often. I have also had a mild stomach bug this week.

You can have tab dulcolax or syrup dufalac or syrupp cremaffin watever available easily.
Dose - one tablet or 15 ml of syrup in night before sleep
Avoid spicy and junk food
Take high fibre diet
