I am a young 61 yo, with muscular dystrophy, diverticula, was in hospital manytimes i need to have like 3, 4 feet taken out , i wont, so back, neck shoulder blade and collar bone, from bad car accident, I take norco and eat organtic,, and small portions, but I like twice a mont get very bloated, even in legs constapated.or big bad times in bathroom first wirh horrifix labor pain felling omg..I'm out of probiotics oh getting bad legs stomack terrible cramps also....what laxitive, stool sofener, digestive aid with al good stuff in ???
