Hello doctor, I have had a very bad day, I woke up at about 5.30 this morning and I felt I wanted to be sick, but i wasn t as the day went on I had a slight headache and I was feeling very warm although my hands and feet were freezing cold, and I did not feel hungry, and even though I was drinking water I could not open my bowels, this complaint has been a problem for over a year although I take Laxido powder once a day to help open my bowels,they don t work very well, can you help me please doctor?
