Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Bloating Of Stomach

Hello. My name is Christopher and three weeks ago I arrived in Germany from the United States. For about a week and a half now I have been severely constipated. On Sunday I went to a doctor and she proscribed me three types of laxatives. Two were ones that I mixed in water and the third was a suppository. Since then I have gone to the bathroom a few times (particularly when I use the suppository), but I am continuing to experience difficulties using the bathroom. I know that there is more to expel, but for the life of me it won't come out. I am a bit bloated and my stomach feels tense. I'd just very much like to get back on track. How can I do that?

thanks for posting query at HCM

OTC simethicone tablets and probiotics maybe used to combat bloating.
Chew food well and try not to talk/open mouth while chewing food as it causes more air to enters stomach and may lead to bloating.
avoid eating broccoli, brussels sprouts and cabbage, Baked beans

for constipation; advice is as follow:
- thrice daily , take two tea spoon (or one big spoon) ispagula with 200 to 300 mL water
-warm water intake as much as possible
- eat small meals (rich in fiber)
-eat plentiful "fresh oranges" and "pear "
- avoid COLD milk and yogurt and AVOID junk food(NO burger , pizza) altogether
- mix few drops of lemon juice in warm water. Drink on empty stomach, early in the morning, to aid in bowel movement
- avoid beverages / alcohol/ soft drinks
- do some exercise (push-ups etc) early in the morning

Hope bowel movement would return to normal and in case, "if no effect after 5 to 7 days, then visit gastroenterologist".
