Hi, I ve had really bad diarrhoea like literally water coming out, for about 4 days. Yesterday was the first day I have felt completely fine, I had a normish bowl movement, therefore I ate pretty normal instead of the standard toast when poorly. However today I woke up with a foul eggy smell when I burp like suplher and my stomach has been very acidic and I ve been having diarrhoea again. I ve taking some peptobismol today but unsure as to why I felt normal yesterday yet poorly again today? I ve not been sick once, jusr diarrhoea.
