I ve had a strong consistent head pressure for two weeks. My head feels heavy and foggy. It is tough to concentrate or function. It seems like it s blurring my vision and it s given me a ringing in my ears. I ve been on Wellbutrin for depression for 3 months now. The doctor doubled the dosage two months ago and I started feeling the above symptoms but it eventually went away. I ve reduced the Wellbutrin back to 150mg a week ago. No changes with the head pressure. Is Wellbutrin causing this or is it something else. I m also highly anxious and wonder if anxiety is causing it.
