General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If you feel your lungs congested and blood clots in lungs (I should ask why do you think it's blood clots), then, should consult further with pulmonologist.
A good physical examination of the lungs is highly recommended, together with chest X-ray and sputum culture and sensitivity testing to check if blood is there and what microorganism is causing this.

After getting the results, can discuss for best treatment strategies. For the moment, I can advise to:
- apply nasal decongestant
- apply vapour rub on chest and back to keep the airways open at bedtime
- aerosoltherapy can help
- increase fluids intake especially tea

Wish fast recovery.
