Suggest Treatment For Concussion On Left Side Of Head

Hello. I have a concussion. The injury area is located on the left side of my head and travels from the left temple area to just below an area under my left ear just before it reaches my neck. I have numbness radiating from the injury area when lying down. When my head is tilted on towards the injured side I can feel a very uncomfortable dull pusher pain. When my head is tilted to the opposite side of the injury (right half of head) a numbness sensation travels to that part of my head. Sometimes pain can shoot to the right side of my head when my head is tilted to the right. When lying down on pillow with the back of my head resting on the pillow I can feel the numbness travel towards the back of my head right before my neck. I was wondering if this is normal.
