Suggest Treatment For Cold And Symptoms Of Allergy With An Injury On Nose

nose issues and a possible cold. Not sure if I should be using saline, bc of outside glasses injury to nose. If I dry the inside mucous, then the outside injury might irritate me more, but if I don t then the cold/ allergy symptoms may take longer to stop. What do I do? Which problem is more urgent to focus on?

Hi,
Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here

if you are feeling uncomfortable with nasal saline for cold / Allergy symptoms you can take over the counter antihistamine medicines such as fexofenadine , levocetrazine after consulting your dr
external nasal injury may require proper wound dressing and treatment depending upon its severity so it will be a wise decision to get the things evaluated from a dr
he will check it thoroughly and will decide best treatment plan depending upon the physical findings

I hope it help
