ENT Specialist 's  Response
Halo,
As per your history , you appear to be suffering from allergic rhinitis. This has to be managed with oral medication like Romilast L(cetrizine+ montelukast) taken once daily, preferably in the evening for 10 days in month along with nasal spray like Effnase 2 times in the morning for a month. You he to repeat again next month. Avoid any triggering factor for your symptoms. Consulting ENT specialists for physical examination is always a welcome step.
