Suggest Treatment For Clear Discharge Post Menstruation

hello I came on my period last month for like 3 days it was normal but my uters sheded I think now the next month im discharging clear discharge and sometimes with stuff is in my underwear and I been sleeping a lot and having headache and dizzy sometimes

I understand your concern.
Normal white discharge is not accompanied by itching.
If itching is present along with thick white discharge, it indicates yeast infection.
Clear and stretchy discharge indicates "fertile" mucous and means you are ovulating.
Clear and watery discharge could occur at different times of your cycle and more so after exercising.
Hence, clear watery discharge is quite common and a good indicator that there is a good balance of healthy bacteria and yeast in your vagina’s bacterial flora. Most of the time, clear watery discharge helps flush out dead cells and bacteria, keeping your vagina clean, healthy and preventing potential infections.
Do not worry about it. Eat healthy food, drink good quantities of fluids and kindly keep your genitals under good hygiene.
