Suggest Treatment For Chronic Vomiting And Dysentry In A Child

My son 1 yr old Having vomiting from yesterday and from today morning he got dysentry also . I gave emeset syrup and bacigyl n but still not recovered. Whatever he eats its coming out. And he s not drinking water more and also food.suggest ways to recover soon
