General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You can do some things to make it more comfortable. Avoid contact, cool compress, add anti-itch cream, usually a steroid. Take antihistamines like levocetrizine 5mg once a day. For severe symptoms, try a damp dressing.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
