For treatment of chronic sinusitis you can take some antibiotics such as Augmentin or Azithromycin after an expert opinion along with some decongestants like Diominic-dca or wikoryl every 8-12 hours with Rantac or Famotid twice daily empty stomach. You can use steroid nasal spray such as betamethasone or fluticasone not more than seven days at one point of time. You can also use otrivin nasal drops or nasoclear nasal drops as decongestants.
