Hi,
Are you diagnosed to have chronic sinusitis?
If so you have two options one is taking medicines to reduce symptoms or to undergo a surgery (fess) which gives you a life time relief..
Taking steroids and antibiotics like calrythromycin for a week will dramatically reduce the symptoms.
Surgery is an endoscopic procedure which doesn't demand a long time hospital stay..
Visit a otorhinolaryngologist and procede with his instructions..
Wish you a speedy recovery..
