Suggest Treatment For Chronic Sinusitis, Cough And Bumps On The Waist

Hi. Yes, I have had a off and on again sinusitis and now I have a deep cough that is mostly non-productive for the last 3 days. Today I have some sneezing and have a gland slightly sore in my neck. Also I noticed a I have small bumps red rash around my trunk below my waist. Wonder if its related to the cold . They look like spider bites but there are probably 20 of them so don t think it s a spider. They are mildly itchy. Thanks!

Hi thanks for asking question.

According to history mostly it seems to be acute viral infection.

Do your CBC count...
If neutrophilia-bacterial cause
If lyphocytosis-viral cause
If eosinophilia - allergic cause

Treat viral infectn symptomatically.

For blocked nose decongestant like oxymetazoline nasal drop taken.

Antihistaminic can be taken.

Steam inhalation also useful with eucalyptus oil.

Green tea good.

Onion , garlic sooth respiratory tract.

Salt water gargle done.

Drink more water daily.

If headache present simple analgesic taken.

If still your symptoms increasing with fever then chest x ray done for further investigation to look for consolidation.
