Suggest Treatment For Chronic Shoulder Pain

I have a pain under my right shoulder blade upper back. I have been to a chiropractor twice. Now it comes and goes. I have flexibility so I think the chiropractor this treatment was good. However I am still experiencing a chronic pain here. Is it time for X-rays?

Thank you for posting for query. I can understand your concern.

This chronic shoulder pain can be because of
Tendon inflammation (bursitis or tendinitis)
or tendon tear
Instability
Arthritis

I would suggest you to take medications like Acelofenac 50 or 100 mg and ranitidine 150 mg daily. This will relieve your pain.

Yes it is time to go for XRay . X-ray right shoulder AP and lateral view.
You need to visit an orthpaedician immediately who can correlate clinically.

Hope this helps. Have a nice day.
