hello sir/Mam.My name is suchita frm mumbai.from pasr 8monthsi have chronic heelpain.recenty its diagnosed that i hv spurs in both heels.im tired hv tried all its difficult to walk fr me as it keeps pokin in my heels n back of ankle.hv tkn articol injction fr vit d is too low.im nt geeting right guidance.my doc said i hv to tk injection in my heels i m insecured n i want2 gt out of it.pls help.will b obliged whole life :)

Hi,
Due to calcaneum spur there is pain while putting pressure on the part while walking or putting pressure on it.
If problem is severe then local injection of steroid will give you relief.
Mean while you can put some spongy cushion in the shoes on heel side.
Ok and take care.
