Suggest Treatment For Chronic Neuropathic Pain In Lower Back And Feet

Hello I have a level C6 / C7 incomplete spinal cord injury and I suffer from chronic neuropathic pain in my lower back and feet. What is the latest information on a cure for neuropathic Pain I am in absolute agony and I am very desperate for some pain relief is there anything you can suggest . Thank you very much for your time

I really appreciate your concern, underlying cause of the pain is the main concern and it needs to be managed else pain can be managed by any NSAID medicine or some time potent analgesic can be used hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
