As per your complain and presentation of symptoms of having a stuffed nose and post nasal drip it seems most commonly due to Chronic Sinusitis and you should consult an ENT expert and get evaluated.. For sinus infections if there is no growth like a polyp in the sinus then commonly treatment is non surgical and antibiotics, anti allergics and decongestant Oral and nasal sprays can relieve.. While in case of any polyp like growth in the sinus surgery can be advised.. You should first get clinically evaluated and if required ax x Ray like PNS view or a CT Scan can be advised to you for confirming the diagnosis.. As of now do steam inhalation, use decongestant nasal drops as well as Oral decongestant containing Pseudoephadrine for reducing congestion.. Saline nasal spray can also be instilled as it thins down the thick mucous in nose and sinus and eases the draining.. Steam inhalation and using a humidifier in your room can also help..
