Suggest Treatment For Chronic Muscle Spasms In The Back

I am female aged 70. For 20 yrs l ve been told my spine s beyond help. I am experiencing agonising spasms in torso, neck etc, plus excruciating pain. Morphine patches made me ill & have found similar but Fentanyl are helpful but still getting breakthrough pain which pan forte helps. Is there anything more positive can be done. I have non-malignant small brain tumour, leaking heart valve & 4cm aortic aneurysm, plus prolapse & difficulty controlling bowel.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, you have been taken potent analgesic and now nothing more can be done as long as the pain condition is concern it is highly advisable to bear the pain as hard as you could once the pain reaches the threshold then it start giving the physiological analgesic effects, it seems difficult but not impossible you can do this, hope this information helps.
