I am 27 years old I have menier s disease in the right ear with low frequencies hear loss and ringing sound for about 18 months now The other ear suffer from chronic mastoiditis with fluid exudates behind tympanic membrane with no pain or sensory hear loss but mild conductive ones The left ear started about 3 months ago Is there any treatment I should have knowingly I started taking oral corticosteroid to reduce the inflammation
