Since having two children I ve had chronic internal hemorrhoids, for which I have had multiple laser treatments. Since the last treatment a couple months ago I ve been having more blood when wiping than before. (but not painful) Additionally, every time I sit down to have a bowel movement, I make a ridiculous amount of fart sounds, but it s not gas, more like just trapped air. It seems as though something has changed in my rectum/colon(?) that makes a bunch of trapped air come out really noisily when there s not actually any smelly gas. And this morning, I thought I needed to pass a tiny bit of gas, (just standing up, not even on the toilet) but a big blob of mucus mixed with blood came out in my underwear. It did not have an odor, like it would have had it been feces. I m pretty freaked out!
