I am recovering from celiacs and chronic gastritis and gastroenteritis. i also have a milk intolerance. it's been nearly 4 months of gluten free and dairy free diet now, and i'm slowly getting better, but i'm worried because i keep getting these bouts of low grade fever, maybe every month or so. i also suffer from anxiety as I went undiagnosed for a year. do you know why i keep getting the fever? is it normal?
the temperature during these bouts is between 37.2 to 37.5C and i feel tired and flu-like during them.
