Suggest Treatment For Chronic Flatulence In Spite Of Undergoing Gastroscopy

Hi there, I am 33 years old, experiencing flatulence since last 10-15 years. I have been diagnosed with H. Pylori in 2012 and taken the anti biotics to fix this problem. The gases issues resolved to great extent when I was taking Nexium for 3 weeks or so. It didn t fix the problem for good. It re-occurred and had sought advise from my GP who in turn recommended gastroscopy. I underwent gastroscopy in 2014 , it didn t report anything unusual. Now a days, I experience that flatulence is increased in night time or early morning hours. Also, I have to run to toilet after breakfast and lunch. The amount of stool is not much after lunch but still I need to get relived from that feeling of going to toilet. Sometimes it is very embarrassing to release gases, as I can t control it. Last year my gastroenterolgist advised me to stop taking lactose contained food for 3 weeks. It did reduce the amount of gases. However ,when I started taking milk again , the gases issue resurfaced. I work 8 hours a day and job profile doesn t involve lot of physical work, it is mostly in front of computer. I try to take 5 min break after every hour. I am a vegetarian and do not eat egg/meat/fish in my routine diet.
