Suggest Treatment For Chronic Constipation

Hi Sir...I am 67, a guy, and a quadruple by pass survivor 1 1/2 years ago, and lots of meds still, but doing really well. I have lost weight and exercise daily. But today the main problem is cronic constipation and unable to eliminate without laxatives. All kinds of laxatives and probably too much fiber . I can't go without them and sometimes I can't eliminate with their help. I've mentioned it to my care doc and he said add fiber to my diet. I hate to keep asking him 20 questions all the time

Your doctor has advised you properly about taking fibers.
Continue to take fibers and medicines as suggested by your respected doctor.
Certain other advises which will surely helpful:
Take a lemon juice with warm water.
Take olive oil on empty stomach with o without added lemon will help.
Some times coffee also help and make the stool very soft. Take 2-3 cups a day.
You must need to change you daily habits means do light exercise and walking.
You can also have flaxceed oil with lemon o orange juice.
You can have some home foods like berries, boccoli, nuts, apples, beans, potatoes etc.
Backing soda with warm water is also helpful.
Plain yogurt o with ice will also help.
Hope you are satisfied with these.
