Suggest Treatment For Chest Tightness, Shoulder, Upper Back And Arm Pain

I m 45 with high blood pressure, diabetes, etc....I am having right shoulder and arm pain, upper back pain, tightness in my chest with racing heartbeat...this has been going on for several days but is getting worse, I haven t been able to sleep all night
