Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain Radiating To Arm

i have a constant pain in my chest just where the heart is,this has persisted for over two years now,i am 23 years old,i smoke .the pain is radiating towards my left am.this has become usual and there are times in a day or two days when the intensity of pain is high.please help!!

Hi ,Read your question and can understand your concern.

Normally any chest pain is not to be left undiagnosed.
I would advice you to visit a physician or a cardiologist and get the ECG done to evaluate your cardiac status.
Gastritis pain can also be the cause for such pain.Antacids taken regularly will help.

Visit the doctor at the earliest and have it evaluated.
