Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have been reading the message
and I am sure that you can get a good idea about the problem

I have been thinking about the symptoms of the question
I think the best way to get the answer to your problem is An X ray
I think the problem is that you possibly have a cervical spondylitis

The treatment would be
1. The tablets like pregabalin and methylcobalamin
2 . physiotherapy
3.a sufficient course of antacids

I am sure that you can get a good relief from the suggestions
Best of luck.
