Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Shortness Of Breath

Hi, I m 27 . I recently started experiencing breathlessness and sometime pain in the chest after coming back from vacation from Ladakh. I don t smoke. I m allergic to bodyspray, my nose start to bleed and undergo irritation in the throat. Please advice

After going through your query I concluded that you are having breathlessness. To investigate for the cause of breathlessness you should get your heart function test and lung function test including chest x ray AP view. Analgesic such as ibuprofen can be of use to relieve pain. Cetrizine will be useful in allergy. Vitamin B and C help in recovery. You can discuss with your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered.
