FDr.hi I m suffering wd gerd n iibs frm more than 16 yrs ..I m not able to take any food...I m getting slight and pain chest discomfort.. now iim taking ciboz550mg ,velgut ,razo20 ,colospa. I always disturbed in nights..I have small polyp in the bottom of deoudenm ..what more I have to take .pls let me know

Mention a type of pain with aggravating factor..
Avoid fatty foods, spicy food, alcohol drinking, coffee and chocolate...
Eat small amount of meal and chew properly.
Avoid lying down immeadiate after eating..
Elevate your head during sleeping time by use a two cushion...
Detail history and investigation give exact idea about problems..
Consult a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
