Suggest Treatment For Chest Congestion And Nasal Drip

I am a breast cancer patient, and I am currently taking Anastrozole and Hydrocodone- Acetaminophen 5-325. I think I may have a bad cold with congestion and nasal drip. Can I take something like Allegra-D or Zyrtec-D? I have to be careful about how much Acetaminophen I consume.

Allegra d contains fexofenadine and pseudoephedrine , zyrtec d contains cetirizine and pseudoephedrine.

There are no known interactions between these medications and anastrozole, hydrocodone acetaminophen.

They can be use safely together according to current data.
