General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I understand your concern.
Your daughter seems to have bronchitis & breathing difficulty.
Niquil is an anti flue/ cold medicine having sedating effect... ( it contains anti allergics having sleep side effect as well as hypnotics ), which is nor advisable in lower respiratory tract infection with breathing trouble,
I would advise to take her to a children specialist/ ER immediately & get her expert advise & treatment.( which would include antibiotic drops/ bronchodilater drops / nebulization)
Till the time, wake her up , encourage her to take warm milk & wrap her in warm quilt , & take her to ER.
Thanks.
