Suggest Treatment For Cellulitis While On Keflex And Bactrim
My mother has cellulitis and the wound cultures came back positive for pseudomonas and serration liq. - she is being treated with keflex and Bactrim. My question is do we still only cleanse the wounds with just water and pat dry or is there a better form of cleansing these wounds?

No, continue to cleanse the wounds with water and pat dry. However, those antibiotics might not be sufficient for a Pseudomonas infection. I would recommend seeing your doctor again.
