General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
Thanks for putting up your query over here.
If I were your treating doctor,I recommend,
-Avoid foods that can irritate oral mucosa like citrus fruits, and spicy foods
-Brushing with a soft-bristled brush after meals to keep mouth free of foods particles.
-salt water mouth rinses, ice pack local application.
-multivitamin supplementation
If still they persist, visit to dentist for considering other options like steroids, cautery.
Hope this information helps.
thanks.
