Suggest Treatment For Canker Sore On The Cheek

I just noticed I have a canker sore on the inside of my cheek up close to my gum line with a black dot in it. I ve had a sore tongue, feeling like the same sensation as having canker sores along the sides/undersides but I have none visible...I notice that I have a little sore on the roof of my mouth and on the other side of my cheek, but the one up by the gum line has a little black dot in it. Its not painful at all, I didnt know I had it until I saw it. My throat was a bit sore a couple days ago, only for one evening, but since has been fine. No other symptoms.
