Suggest Treatment For Canker Sore Near Uvula

hi, i have a reddened canker sore near my uvula for a few days. my throat hurts and it seems to b there for two weeks already.. its on the right side of my throat near the right tonsil ., i have had canker sores before but this one is on expected place and it hurts to swallow. thank you

Hi

Welcome in HCM.

I understand your concern and it appears as you are having uvular ulcer. This ulcer may be dyspeptic or infective.

You are now advice to take-

1- Antiseptic mouth wash and gargling.

2- Local application of oral cream having antibiotic + anti fungal + Steroid.

3- Antacid with PPI.

4- Vitamin B-Complex.
