Suggest Treatment For Cancer Nodule In The Lung

I had a whipple procedure in 2013 for Ampulla of Vater adenocarcinoma, 4 lymph nodes out of 16 tested positive. Had chemo and radiation, was in remission for 9 mos, then it showed up in right lung, since June 2015 it is now 6.1 mm and oncologist is trying to decide whether to do chemo and radiation or just radiation, what do you think, I m thinking this is not a good turn for me. I did great during the whipple, was hospitalized 3 times in 2015 twice for blood clots and once for heart failure, have no symptoms whatsoever and tumor markers have been stable so Dr.s are stumped.
