Suggest Treatment For Burning Small Red Dots On The Knuckle

About a week ago, my knuckles started burning and soon had blotting red spots. After about a day the redness went away and turned dry and started cracking. Now every time i get my hands wet or put lotion on the whole thing starts over. Even before it s finished. Any idea to what this could be would be appreciated. I havent change soaps or done anytjing different. It just appeared from nowhere.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello, it appears that you have contact dermatitis to some agent like cosmetic, fragrance or detergent etc. The diagnosis of this condition is based on patch testing, for which u require to visit a dermatologist.
For the treatment of the condition, i would adv you to apply desonide cream twice daily locally on the lesions, take tab levosiz 5mg at bedtime, for washing ur hands use a bland soap like pears, and apply an emollient moisturex soft cream post washing.
Thanks
Take care
